No view icons

I havent used the lates version of Ninox (3.2.8) until today. I no longer have the view icons so I am stuck in table or chart view. I have tried the obvious, view > show as> table/chart but nothing happens.  

I am not a subscriber as it just me. Has the ability to change view been removed?
