How to use the "Form" option in "Views"
Note - This relates to the Mac version
I'm confused about the purpose of "Form" when you click on the "New View" selection.
My expectation is that I can create a form in which I choose the fields and how they are displayed but it appears that is not the case. I found that creating a view as a form and then selecting the fields to appear in the form does nothing. I click on the newly created Form and I get tabs that display previously created forms. No sign of the form I expected to see.
I can't see an explanation for this in the manual, which appears to be out of date.
I'd appreciate any clarification anyone can provide.
Thanks.

Sometimes a form is not necessary, such as a dasgboard table or a setting table where there is only one record. The form also occupies the full screen.
Form-view is introduced in version 2.5. Look here for more explanation:https://ninox.com/en/blog/release-25
