I am making changes but Ninox isn't asking to save them

I am making changes to a formula field but, after clicking the OK buttons, Ninox isn't asking for the changes to be saved and the amended formla is being ignored. if I leave the database the changes I made are lost. I have restarted Ninox but it hasn't helped.
