How can I format the field text longer

I have fields that are questions (e.g. Rack Mount Switch?) and I use the slider to tick whether it's bee done.  However In the form, they're cut off.  How do I format the form such that these field names aren't cut off?

    While that wrench in the upper right corner of your screenshot is in the red circle, you can click on any of those sliders and adjust the size to make the text visible. You'll see a wrench in the middle of the slider when it is selected and you can adjust the size then.
