Sync to new device (iPad Pro)

I've been using Ninox predominantly on my iMac. However, I occasionally use it on my laptop and even more rarely due to the size of the screen on my iPhone. They all sync wonderfully, but I have no recollection of how I succeeded in achieving this. I recently added an iPad Pro, and while the app appears, there is no synchronization. Can someone help me rediscover how to accomplish this? I don't subscribe as there's no one on my team other than me.

Sounds like you are using iCloud storage. That means you have to have the same iCloud account on your iPad Pro as your Mac/iPhone.

Hi Fred, I'm logged onto the same iCloud account on all devices.

iCloud DBs have the little cloud icon. Local DBs do not.

If all other iCloud services have sync’d but you don’t see your iCloud Ninox DBs then you should contact Ninox.

Thanks for that. The dBase on my laptop shows the cloud. How do I get the app on the iPad to look on the icloud? I don't see anything amongst the iCloud indicating Ninox files.

Ask The Dog Guy there is nothing to do in the app. iCloud should sync the DBs and the app will see it.

Should I see any Ninox files in iCloud?

No you won't. This post tells you where the files are stored on your Mac. The iPad will hide all of these folders.
