Last version does not work

Hi, since he acts to the latest version of the Ninox, the program remains blank and does nothing. Would it be possible for someone to tell me where to lower the previous version for Mac OS X Catalina? Or what will happen to me? It is that in App Store there is no way to lower the previous one. thank you

    What version? MacOS or Ninox cloud?

    The macOS latest version is v.3.12.3 which works fine. Maybe is your system?

    Anyway, as I told you in the other post if you still want v3.10.11 send me your email (I have it in my Time Machine backup).
