Comments and messaging

We are using Ninox for project collaboration and we have thought about implementing a comment setup like this:


The build in comments are not avail from api and is not considered "content". And we need to be able to control internal/external messages/incoming emails - so we build this.

The example works fine and covers messages between ninox users on a project and I think it looks ok. 

Next steps is to

* add notifications. We plan to add a way to choose to send notifications to users on project or ad hoc and use slack (via a webhook) to send the individual notifications. Or integromat.

* add support for incoming messages by email and reply by email. This to allow us to skip dedicated helpdesk software and make a close connection between messages, projects and customers.

What do you think? Is it nuts? Are there solutions other out there?
