How does Ninox support traditional database type 'forms'.

I have three tables.  Flashcards, Tags, and a many-to-many join table called Cards_Tags.  I need to create a form so that non-computer type members can add/modify a flashcard and, at the same time, assign one-or-more Tags to each flashcard.  The Ninox database does well in the Tables & relational aspect.  But how can I create a form to help easily populate these tables?  Thanks
