Delayed emails

Recently when I send an email using the sendEmail, there is a big delay (upto 24 hours) before the message is actually sent. It used to work fine. Any ideas? I have a public cloud account.

    Yes - been there - I used to get this !

    I think Ninox did actually state somewhere that as it is a free service they don't guarantee a quick service and it can take up to 24 hours )

    However .....  I used to get 24 hours. But then I complained to support and guess what all mine now go our more or less instantly! and have been like this for last 2 years+. I too am on public cloud subscription - so deffo doable

    They have updated the specs so have a look here ( i can't see any mention of th the 24 hour now - so maybe that was removed and your subscription needs a good kick ! )
