INVENTORY

Hello everyone,
First of all, I wish you a happy new year 2022

I have been using Ninox DATA Base for more than a year and I am facing 2 problems
I use the INVENTORY template to manage the stock of my company

1 - At the level of stock entries (supplier purchase) no problem
At the level of the outgoing stock (customer sales) my problem is that the stock is valued on the customer Public Price and not on the supplier purchase price
This has the effect that the quantities are updated but not the accounting value of the stock (valued at the supplier purchase price)

2 - I want to track SOME items by serial number
because my purchase prices are not fixed throughout the year (only one supplier because single brand activity)
I cannot link the serial number of an item to its purchase price so that when the product is sold to a customer, I can search and call the item by the serial number.
Indeed I do not see how the table values the purchase price of the sold product
I would therefore like, in the interests of accurate stock valuation, to be able to issue the product with its serial number (ideally linked to the purchase price) or according to the First In First Out (FIFO) method when it exists

I thank you for the help you will be able to give me

I look forward to hearing from you,

Yours sincerely
