Dynamically fill a drop down from another table

Again, I'm new. I have 2 drop downs I wish to populate from another table. Example: Odds (table) has field names "team" and "image". I'd like to pull this data from the Team (table).  Thnak you.

    Unfortunately, Choice fields can not yet be populated from another table. This has been requested. In the Edit fields view, you can drag a reference field from the right column to the center column to show related records on a form.

    Can a choice field be populated with the entries from other records in that same choice field?
