Table view editing

Is it possible to block editing from table view , and it should however let to  edit the record by opening the form view (full record view) 

the main problem is that if you drag a field down it will change the values ( like in excel ) and there is no undo in chorme browser using windows.

    Hi Marc, 

    You could create a Form view that will only show from and not a table.

    You can also create some workarounds like make the table (and the fields in the form) only writeable if you check a certain field, e. g. a "Yes/No" field 'Editable'.
