Carbone Print Engine

I have a question for the group.  I just received a quote for more Carbone Print as I went over my 1000 Prints for the month.  It will be additional 3,300 for the next year.  I think that this is very unfair and it would be equitable if we received 1000 prints for 10 users.  I have 41 users so I think I should be given 4200 prints per month.  Thoughts?
