4 week running average

As a truck driver, I get paid by the mile. I need help figuring out how to look up and calculate the average miles driven in the last 4 weeks (6 weeks, 13 weeks).

I have a table that sums the paid miles per load: 'mileage pay'.'total miles'. Linked to the mileage pay table is the Pay Period End date from another table ('details of earnings'.'pay period end') that, presumably, I could use in the formula to count back from.

Ultimately, I am trying to set up a dashboard with statistical information, such as a 4 week, 6 week, and 13 week running average of miles, and average miles per Quartile, so that I can compare how I am doing week to week, Week 1 this year compared toe Week 1 last year, Q1 this year compared to Q1 last year, etc.

I had this all set up in a spreadsheet, but trying to figure out how to accomplish it in Ninox is giving me a headache.
