Can I set both the text value and color value of a formula field so it looks like a color formatted field?

Can I set both the text value and color value of a formula field so it looks like a color formatted field? 

I have a choice field with text and color value updated through an if statement that is triggered when another field is updated.

However I already have a number of records and I have to edit each field to get the value generated. 

I replicated the formula in a formula field but I only get the text value or color value. Can I create a formula to show both text and color values in the formula field.

    Use the styled() function like this:
