Draw a line between a few points (iow draw a printable chart)

Hi all! As you can see in the picture there are a few line charts, with lines that connect some points. Those "points" (x) are generated via an if-then algorithm (if score = 19 then "x" else "-" end and so on...), which gives me each X exactly where it should be. Does anybody know if there's a way to code a line to connect the Xs, so that a line-chart is created?
