Ninox Cloud - strange behavior!

Has anyone else encountered really strange behavior re: Ninox cloud today? (Ninox - Next)

One of the databases that I work on every single day and which has not had any issues at all ... started to display very irregular behavior.

The specific table is a very basic one w/two fields - an (1:N) relationship field and another "MN" relationship field.

This exact table and activity has been fine up until an hour or so ago. I have not made any changes to the table that could have impacted it. I've been adding records to it in the last few days including a good portion of today. I then hit the point where I attempted to add another piece of data/info to the same record via the MN relationship and even though I was able to select the info I needed, it just wouldn't add on to the table. I tried several times ... and then tried to add a different record which didn't work either. 

I did all the usual refresh, cache cleanup, logged out, closed browser, and I even rebooted my iMac for good measure. Nothing. Our internet is working fine too. I also tried using my desktop app but since that syncs to the cloud (Ninox) as well, it behaved the same way. 

I am now stuck and unfortunately I need to complete this work before I can continue on to the next step. Things like this only seem to happen when you absolutely must get something completed. :-/

Whipping out my paper and pencil.   :-((
