Is there a way to enter text field value from a list of 'acceptable' values in a listbox
I have a Payments table in which the Provider field is linked to the Provider field in the Providers table (One field: Providers, unique values - Many to One relationship). How can I show all of the Providers table entries in a list box in Payments:Provider?

If the Provider field in Payments is a reference field to Providers then it will default to Popup and show you all the records in Providers. If you edit the Provider reference field in Payments you can change the Show As to any of the options shown. You can also edit the Show As under More options to specify what field from the Provider table you want to display in the Payments table.
A reference field will have a + and a magnifying glass at the right end of the field (see Riders field) when you are modifing a record. Once linked, the image turns into a link of chain with a slash through it so you can unlink the records (see Horses field).
