Looking for a script that will return a value within a range in a seperate table.

I have a table with three columns, Width, Drop, and Price they each are incremental. On a seperate form l would like to enter a width and drop that may fall within the range and return the price. Simple but can“t find any info. This is my second post on the subject  only hopefully a little clearer.
