Help with syncing issue.
Hi, l have 3 team members with me being the owner making 4 in total. 3 out of the four are syncing to the cloud and are working correctly although one is formatting dates differently to the others at times. Why, who knows.
The main problem is on another computer ,(user), where if an invoice is created the invoice number is not syncing with the others and not incrementing as it should and so l am getting double ups in my system. Has anyone had this problem and how can l solve it. Can you uninvited user and re invnite and see if situation changes? I have emailed the support team but am not getting any answers, hopefully someone on the forum can help.
