How do I make another record view using some of the fields I already have?

I need to know how I create a new view of a record that shows less of the fields, but shows the info in the fields I do show. Seems like a field can only appear on one record view. Please look at the screen shot and assume I want another record view that shows like half of the fields shown in that view.Screen Shot 2018-09-24 at 8.26.48 PM

    Hi,

You can achieve that via an additional tab in the form. In order to show a data field a second (or third, forth...) time you can simply use a formula field and insert the data field as formula.

    Best regards, Jörg

Hi, I’d like to do the same thing but I can’t seem to duplicate the form.

    Hi Lawrie,

which "same thing" do want to do? You can adding a tab in the dialogue "Edit fields". Drag ist from the "Layout elements" on the right hand side to the column of your fields in the middle.

The same can be done with the formula fields which you can use to display the content of other (already existing) fields.

    Kind regards, Jörg
