Create a Summary from field inputs

Is there a video or written instruction available on how to generate a Summary based on different field inputs within the table along with descriptive text that accompanies those field inputs?

For example: Can I write a sentence that says “Paul walked 3 miles in 15 minutes” with the 3 and 15 being field inputs that are manually entered during an event but the rest of the sentence stays they same for every event?
