Printing monthly reports

Hi, I use Ninox for running my sales team. For daily income, bank deposits, work attendance, etc.. So, lets say, that I want to print Work attendance report for an employee of my choice for July. I have a field, where I choose month that I want to print. How do I program Ninox to tell me how many hours did employee do in the specific month? Hope you understand.
