In Forms, search for string only returns one record
When I search for a record in a form, the search string is either not found or only one record is shown when the string should be found in multiple records. However, when I search in a list view / default table view the search string shows all the records with the string.
Why would the form view only show one record?

This is using the global search filter on the UI - no code - as in below where vita has been put in. There should be three records but only one returned.

Do you see the navigation bar at the top right of the form?
What happens if you cycle through these?

It does not navigate through more results - it should cycle through three results but there is only one.
In list view I get as below when I search for "vita" :
In the form view, I only get the record with ID 626 - which has "vita" in the EMAIL_ADDRESS - but none of the other two records (i.e. I cannot cycle / forward the form to see the other two records.)
